Fundraiser breakfasts are held on available Saturdays from 8 a.m. – 10 a.m.
A customized printable ticket template is provided to your organization to sell for either $5, $6, or $7.
Your organization will keep the ticket sales revenue, minus $2 per ticket redeemed to cover Applebee’s cost.
Each ticket for breakfast includes: 3 pancakes, syrup, butter, 2 sausage links, and choice of coffee, tea, juice or sodas.
Provide facility (location), kitchen and management staff.
Provide plates, silverware, glasses and napkins.
Order food/ingredients and prepare food.
Supply a customized printable ticket template
Advertise and promote the event
Print and sell tickets (minimum of 25, maximum of 400)
Provide volunteers to set-up, greet, seat, serve and clean up after the event (see FAQ’s)
Input final number of tickets sold into website by 9 a.m. on the Wednesday before the event.
