Dining To Donate
Here’s how it works:
- Raise funds for your 501c3 organization by hosting a Dining to Donate event at Applebee's!
- You request a date and time to sponsor your Dining to Donate event by selecting the Submit A Request button. Dining to Donate events are limited to available Mondays through Thursdays.
- You will be contacted by our marketing coordinator via email to confirm your Dining to Donate event was able to be scheduled.
- You receive an email link to a personalized flyer promoting your Dining to Donate event to print and distribute to supporters of your organization. Flyers must be distributed in advance of the event night to your supporters to encourage attendance. Flyers cannot be distributed at the event or on restaurant property.
- Your supporters present the flyer to their server on the day of the event. (Guest checks must have a Dining to Donate flyer attached in order to be eligible.)
- Applebee’s will donate 10% of all your supporters' food and beverage purchases to your organization. Tax, gratuity and gift card purchases are excluded.
- The check for your donation percentage will be mailed to you within four weeks of your event.
