Carryout For A Cause Registration

We understand that our organization is only eligible to book a Carryout for a Cause event if we are a reputable, non-profit organization 501(c)(3) or other not-for-profit with a tax ID number (such as a local school, charity, club, specialty organization, PTA, Boy Scouts, school sports teams, etc.)
Our organization is solely responsible for the promotion of the fundraiser in advance of our fundraiser night using the provided customized Carryout for a Cause flyers. Flyers may NOT be distributed on Applebee's property.
We understand and will inform our supporters that the promo code DOINGOOD must be entered at checkout on Applebees.com or the mobile app on the day of the Carryout for a Cause fundraiser for their order to be counted towards the 15% donation.
Note: When the promo code is entered a penny will be deducted from their total indicating the promo code has been applied correctly and their order has been counted toward the Carryout for a Cause donation total. We understand that the 15% donation is based on the subtotal of orders and therefore does not include tax or gratuity.
We understand that our donation total will be emailed to the provided email address within one week of our event and our check will be mailed to the address provided within 30 days of our event date.
