Flapjack Fundraiser Registration

We understand that our organization is only eligible to book a Flapjack Fundraiser if we are a reputable, non-profit organization 501(c)(3) or other not-for-profit with a tax ID number (such as a local school, charity, club, specialty organization, PTA, Boy Scouts, school sports teams, etc.). We will commit to providing the necessary volunteers at our fundraiser as outlined in the Fundraising Calculator. Our volunteers will assist restaurant personnel as requested and follow all safety rules as outlined by restaurant management. All volunteers must sign a Volunteer Liability Waiver to work at the fundraiser. Volunteers cannot work at the fundraiser if they are experiencing any symptoms of illness.

Our organization understands that no more than 400 tickets may be sold for a fundraiser in order to ensure timely execution and that everyone is served prior to the restaurant opening. If under 25 tickets are sold the fundraiser will be canceled and any ticket sales should be refunded in full by the organization. Our organization is solely responsible for ticket sales, ticket revenues and promotion of the fundraiser. We will enter the final ticket sale count 3 days before the fundraiser by logging in to our User Account. We will be prepared the day of the fundraiser to pay Applebee’s $5 per attendee to the breakfast in the form of cash or credit card payment. The remainder of ticket revenues will be retained by our organization. Our organization also understands and agrees that the restaurant is a retail establishment and as such we cannot allow any ancillary sales during the time of the fundraiser. Our organization will keep confidential and will not disclose to any third party, without the consent of Applebee’s, any trade secrets, preparation techniques, recipes, designs or systems of Applebee’s of which they have or may acquire knowledge during the planning and implementation of the fundraiser.
