Flapjack Fundraisers

Raise funds for your organization by hosting a pancake breakfast at your local Applebee’s on available Saturdays from 8am to 10am.

We provide the facility, kitchen and management staff, customized printable promotional material, pancakes, sausage and beverages.

Your organization sells tickets to the breakfast for $7 – $14 and provides volunteers to greet, seat and serve your guests! Your organization keeps the tickets sales revenue, minus $5 per ticket sold to cover costs. You can raise up to $3,600 per event!

Raising Funds Is Easy!

Pick A Date & Register A Fundraiser

See available dates by selecting REGISTER A FUNDRAISER. Select your state and Applebee’s location to view the calendar.  Once you have chosen a date, complete the registration form and submit your event for approval.

Get Flyers & Fundraiser Web Page Access

Once your fundraiser is approved you will receive an email with a link to view your printable flyers, tickets and your fundraiser web page. Approvals will be sent within 1-2 business days. If you do not receive an email please log in here to check your approval status.

Promote Your Fundraiser & Sell Tickets

Use your fundraiser web page to get the word out to your friends, family and supporters. Send emails, post flyers and share on social media. The more tickets you sell the more funds you raise!  Please note: The minimum amount of tickets sold is 25.  Maximum amount of tickets sold is 400.

Recruit Volunteers

Use the Fundraising Calculator to determine the number of volunteers needed. Food/Beverage Servers & Bussers must be 18 or older. Greeters & Seaters can be under the age of 18. All volunteers must sign the liability waiver before the fundraiser. Liability waivers for volunteers under the age of 18 must be signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Enter Ticket Count

Log in here 3 days prior to your event to enter in your final ticket count. This is important so we know how many breakfasts to prepare!

Host Your Fundraiser

Volunteers must arrive at the restaurant at 7:30am on the day of your fundraiser.  Volunteers will receive a tour of the restaurant and pointers for providing exceptional service to your guests.  At the end of the event your organization will be charged $5 per ticket redeemed.  This can be paid by cash or credit card.
